I have always found a fascination in glass. Especially Wine Bottles and wine glasses. I have been painting for years. One day I was searching through the internet and came across 'Bottle Art'. Then it hit me "Why not give it a try?" So that is how Charlene's Lighted Wine Bottles started.
I also do arts and crafts. What can I say I just love being Artsy..
